១ បាណាតិបាតា មានអង្គ ៥ (Five conditions of killing)

១. បាណោ

សត្វមានជីវិត (The being must be alive)

២. បាណសញ្ញិតា

សេចក្តីដឹងថា សត្វមានជីវិត (There must be knowledge that it is a living being)

៣. វធកចិត្តំ

ចិត្តគិតនឹងសម្លាប់ (There must be intention to cause its death)

ព្យាយាមនឹងសម្លាប់ (Action must be result from such action)

៥. តេន មរណំ

សត្វស្លាប់ដោយការព្យាយាមនោះ (Death must result from such action)

២ អទិន្នាទាន មានអង្គ៥ (Five conditions of stealing)

១. បរបរិគ្គហិតំ

ទ្រព្យដែលមានម្ចាស់គេហួងហែងរក្សា (An article belongs to another legally and blamelessly)

២. បរបរិគ្គហិតសញ្ញិតា

សេចក្តីដឹងថា ទ្រព្យមានម្ចាស់គេហួងហែងរក្សា (Knowledge that the article belongs to another)

៣. ថេយ្យចិត្តំ

ចិត្តគិតនឹងលួច (There must be the intention to steal)

៤. ឧបក្កមោ

ព្យាយាមនឹងលួច (Action must be taken to steal)

៥. តេន ហរណំ

លួចបានមកដោយការព្យាយាមនោះ (By the action, the article must be taken)

៣ កាមេសុមិច្ឆាចារ មានអង្គ ៤ (Four conditions of sexual misconduct)

១. អគមនីយវត្ថុ

ស្តី្រដែលមិនគួរនឹងគប់រក គឺស្ត្រីដែលមានគេហួងហែងរក្សា (There must be a man or woman with whom it is

improper to have sexual intercourse)

២. តស្មី សេវនចិត្តំ

គិតនឹងសេពមេថុនធម្មនឹងស្ត្រីនោះ (There must be intention to have sexual intercourse with such a person)

៣. សេវនប្បយោគោ

ព្យាយាមនឹងសេពមេថុនធម្ម (Action must be taken to have such intercourse)

៤. មគ្គេន មគ្គប្បដិបាទនំ

ញុំាំមគ្គ និងមគ្គឲ្យដល់គ្នា (There must be enjoyment from contact of the sexual organs)

៤. មុសាវាទ មានអង្គ ៤ (Four conditions of lying)

១. អតថំ វត្ថុ

វត្ថុមិនពិត (The statement must be untrue)

២. វិសំវាទនចិត្តំ

ចិត្តគិតនឹងពោលឲ្យខុស (There must be an intention to deceive)

៣. តជ្ជោ វាយាមោ

ញ៉ាំងអ្នកដទៃឲ្យដឹងច្បាស់នូវសេចក្តីនោះ (An effort must be made to deceive)

៤. បរស្ស តទត្ថវិជាននំ

ញ៉ាំងអ្នកដទៃឲ្យដឹងច្បាស់នូវសេចក្តីនោះ (The other person must know the meaning of what is

expressed)

៥ សុរាមេរយ មានអង្គ៤ (Four conditions of consuming intoxicants)

១. មជ្ជនិយវត្ថុ

វត្ថុជាទីតាំងនៃសេចក្តីស្រវឹង គឹសុរា នឹងមេរ័យ (There must be an intoxicant)

២. បាតុកម្យតាចិត្តំ

ចិត្តគិតបម្រុងនឹងផឹក (There must be the intention of taking it)

៣. តជ្ជោវាយាមោ

ព្យាយាមនឹងផឹកនូវទឹកស្រវឹងនោះ (Action must be taken to ingest it)

៤. តស្ស បានំ

បានផឹកនូវទឹកស្រវឹងនោះឲ្យកន្លងបំពង់ករចូលទៅ (There must be actual ingestion of the intoxicant)
